Our products are handmade in Newcastle, Australia. We aim to use only Australian sourced materials in our items and believe in supporting local businesses.

For change of mind; all full priced items can be returned (at customers cost) for an online credit note when returned within 14 days of receipt. All items returned must be in their original condition, unworn with labels still attached.

Due to the limited number of items we make up front we are unable to offer exchanges, however you can return the item to us in line with our returns policy and repurchase an alternate size using the online credit note (based on availability).

We do not accept returns on sale items or those purchased on promotion.

We put so much love into our product and we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. Should you have any concerns or would like to return an items please contact us asap at hello@moxxy.com.au and we will get back to you.

We carefully inspect all orders before they are shipped. If you receive a faulty item please contact us as soon as possible. We want our customers to love their little creatures and will work with you to rectify the issue.

We are a small handmade business and work hard to minimise our impact on the environment, therefore we produce our products in limited quantities. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for dispatch of your order. We ship through Australia Post and will provide tracking information upon dispatch.

Given the handmade nature of our product they do have some delicacies. Please follow the care instructions on the care label attached to each item.

For our wings we recommend a spot clean only and do not dry in direct sunlight.

Please do not bleach, machine wash or soak your items as will affect the fabric colour and shape integrity.

Please do not tumble dry your items, many of our fabrics are negatively affected by direct heat.

If you would like to iron your items, please iron on the lowest setting and ensure you have a cloth or some transfer paper between the iron and the fabric.

These products are flamable. Please keep your item away from fire. Many of our fabrics have polyester elements and will melt and catch alight if too close to a fire.

We understand every child is different. To help make your shopping experience easier we have created adjustable straps our wings. So one size fits all!
